New First 3s group launched for GPs
In April we started a monthly zoom group for our GPs in their First 3 years after qualifying, supported by one of our non-exec directors.
The team met today with 5 new GPs that have joined us in the last few months. They will continue to support each other as they cover aa variety of topics including tricky clinical cases, pension administration, wellbeing, and telephone consulting.
