Working For Us

Join the team at Hope Citadel

Are you looking for a new job in Greater Manchester?

We really care about building teams that look after each other as well as they look after their patients. If you’re the sort of person that loves making a difference in your community, and wants to be excellent at what you do, then why not think about applying for a job with us.

Healthcare is a tough gig sometimes and we all need a supportive environment to keep us going.

We want to look after our staff. For us this includes:

Real Living Wage for all staff

35 days of holiday per year

NHS Pension (employer contributions 14.38%)

Company sick pay scheme

Regular practice and company meetings to keep you up to date

GPs have 13 minute appointments as standard

Each day I feel supported, and it makes a difference being happy at work!

I love working for Hope Citadel. As a (palliative care) nurse I am supported to care for patients in a holistic way that doesn't just revolve around medications, I am supported to go that extra mile to offer care that is both equal and equitable."

Development Opportunities

We have seen health care assistants become doctors and cleaners become managers, and believe that you can do the same!

Whatever your role within our multidisciplinary teams, we will find ways to support you in your career progression.

This includes:

Study leave opportunities for clinicians

Development and leadership opportunities, whatever your role

Apprenticeships for nursing, prescribing, administration and business

I've been with this company for nearly 3 years.

It's a nice company to work for, relaxed, and a good community work ethic."

Your practice team

We have regular practice and company meetings to keep you up to date.

As you would expect, every practice has salaried GPs, nurses, a Focused Care worker, experienced leadership and a reception team.

The team at your practice might include diabetes nurses, mental health practitioners and counsellors, pharmacists, or dieticians.
