Our leadership structure ensures that our patients and staff feel safe and well led, whatever the situation.
Our board of directors are made up of volunteer non-execs and members of the executive leadership team. Together, they hold ultimate responsibility for the company. As a not-for-profit, none of the directors take dividends from Hope Citadel Healthcare.
The executive management team run the operational side of the business and support the practices day-to-day. Practices each have a practice manager and a clinical lead, who lead the teams.
